Certificates issued by the Council reflect our assessment at the time of issue. They are intended to support, not replace, independent due diligence by buyers and institutions.

Artists retain authorship and moral rights in their work. The Council acts as a custodian of provenance records and does not claim ownership of any artwork.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
